Following a period of fast growth, due to excellent market momentum and the successful completion of several M&A activities, Techint Technologies has taken the strategic decision to implement a name change to Tenova and thereby providing an independent and strong identity in the market place.

In Australia, and since the formation of Techint-SEMF in 2005, this new company has been successful in ship loader and stacker projects in the coal & iron ore sectors and for multi use facilities.

Techint – SEMF (now Tenova SEMF) is also active in the South East Asia market place and has secured material handling project work. The new name Tenova retains, through the prefix “Te”, a strong link with the Techint Group and with Technology, both at the root of its existence, and, through the word “nova”, a clear commitment to innovation essential for a company supplying advanced technologies.
