- Condong Sugar Mill is situated approximately 4.5km north of Murwillumbah in Northern New South Wales. Condong village lies immediately north of the Sugar Mill, the river to the west and McLeod Street to the east. The surrounding land is predominantly used for cane cultivation. Existing boiler plant is situated at the southern end of the Sugar Mill. The works will occupy land currently owned by the NSW SMC to the south of the existing boilers and the associated off-line fuel storage will be to the east of the Tweed Valley Way.
- Broadwater Sugar Mill is situated 15km south of Ballina in northern New South Wales. Broadwater village lies immediately to the south, north and east of the Sugar Mill with the river to the west. The surrounding land is predominantly used for cane cultivation. The existing boiler plant is situated at the southern end of the Sugar Mill. The works will occupy land currently owned by the NSW SMC to the north of the existing boilers and the associated off-line fuel storage will be 1.3km east of the Pacific Highway.
